NIIT University (NU) is a state private university located in Neemrana, in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, India. Established by the NIIT group, the university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes primarily in technology, management, communication and biotechnology, and is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

NIIT University was founded by the promoters of NIIT Limited, an Indian information technology training and learning solutions company co-founded by Rajendra S. Pawar and Vijay K. Thadani in 1981. The university was conceived as an extension of NIIT's long involvement in IT education, with the aim of building an institution focused on industry-relevant technology and management education.
The campus is situated near the Delhi–Jaipur expressway (NH 48) at Neemrana, an industrial belt in Rajasthan that hosts a Japanese investment zone and other manufacturing units. The institution operates as a residential, not-for-profit university.
NIIT University offers programmes through schools covering computer science and engineering, business management, communication and media, and biotechnology. The university has emphasised four core principles in its academic design, often described as being industry-linked, technology-based, research-driven and seamless. Curriculum components typically include industry practice modules, capstone projects and internships at partner organisations.
The Neemrana campus is planned as a green, residential campus and incorporates environmentally conscious design features, including rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient buildings.
