All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar (AIIMS Bibinagar) is a public medical college and hospital situated in the villages of Rangapur and Kondamadugu in Bibinagar mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, within the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. The campus lies along the Hyderabad–Warangal National Highway (NH-163). It is one of the six All India Institutes of Medical Sciences that began primary operations in 2019, and it has the largest campus among all AIIMS institutions in India.

Background

AIIMS Bibinagar forms part of the network of All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, a group of autonomous public medical institutions established by the Government of India to provide tertiary healthcare, medical education and research. The Bibinagar institute is among the six AIIMS that commenced primary operations in 2019. Its location on NH-163 places it on the principal road corridor linking Hyderabad with Warangal, providing connectivity to the wider Hyderabad Metropolitan Region as well as to districts further east in Telangana.

The campus spans land in the villages of Rangapur and Kondamadugu within Bibinagar mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. Among all AIIMS institutions in India, AIIMS Bibinagar has the largest campus.
