Overview
Bachhraon (also spelt Bachhrawan or Bachhraun) is a town and nagar panchayat in the Amroha district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Located in the western part of the state in the Moradabad division, it functions as a local market and administrative centre for surrounding villages in the Hasanpur tehsil region.

Geography
Bachhraon lies in the Ganga–Yamuna doab plains of western Uttar Pradesh. The terrain around the town is generally flat and alluvial, supporting an agrarian economy based on crops such as sugarcane, wheat, and paddy. The town is connected by road to other settlements in the Amroha and Moradabad areas.
Civic administration
