ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, formally the Employees' State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad, is a government co-educational medical college situated at New Industrial Township-3, Faridabad, in the Indian state of Haryana. The institution was established in 2015 under the aegis of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESI Corporation), a central autonomous body functioning under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Faridabad, regarded as an industrial centre, lies within the National Capital Region (NCR) adjoining Delhi.

The college is affiliated to Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, and is attached to a 1150-bedded multi-speciality hospital located on the same campus. The hospital was built in 2013 and became operational in 2014, a year before the medical college was established.
