Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences is an Indian government medical college located in Mallasamudra village of Gadag district, Karnataka. The institution offers courses for medical, paramedical and nursing students, and is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. On 17 March 2025, the college was renamed K H Patil Institute of Medical Sciences by the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, in honour of K H Patil.
