Government Medical College, Palakkad, also known as the Institute of Integrated Medical Science (IIMS), is a government medical college located in Palakkad district, Kerala. It was established in 2014 by the Government of Kerala. The institution is administered under the Scheduled Castes Development Department of the state government, distinguishing it from medical colleges run directly by the state's Directorate of Medical Education.

Palakkad district, situated in central Kerala, did not have a government medical college prior to the establishment of this institution in 2014.
