Overview
The Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMSR), popularly known as Kohima Medical College, is a medical college and hospital located in Kohima, Nagaland. It is the first medical college established in the Indian state of Nagaland.
The institute received its Letter of Permission from the National Medical Commission on 25 April 2023 for 100 MBBS seats, enabling it to commence medical education under the affiliation of Nagaland University from the academic year 2023–2024.
